So I just got done reading the HG Wells novel "The Food of the Gods," upon which this film is loosely based. The interesting thing is that in the book, the giant kids are not the villains, as they appear to be in the film. Instead, they are a feared and hated minority, and have to defend themselves against the genocidal efforts of the normal-sized people to control and eliminate them. Quite a difference.

I love the view when you're approaching from behind and the side; it looks like the front end of the car is missing. When my friend first caught sight of it, she thought it was half of a car, like there'd been an accident or something.

You don't know Eli Porter? Check your e-mail, 'cause I don't want to post a link to that other video site on here.

Well this is based on a 1914 novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, and appears to be set during that era. Hopefully by now those poor people have thrown off the yoke of their tyrannical pterodactyl overlords!

Brian, this is my favorite scene from the 2008 film Visioneers. Learn more about it here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0833557/ I actually posted the above in the details for this video, but you don't see that unless you click on the "details" tab. Maybe it'd be a good idea to have the details automatically display? Anyway, I normally wouldn't just post a scene from a movie like this, but I find this scene so funny and creepy, that I just couldn't resist.
